The menus change with the seasons as does the wine list,
so every three months there is always something new or
different to try! Rabbit or venison in the autumn months is
followed by hearty slow roasts in the winter. Then later in
the year, tender spring lamb and mouth-watering summer
fruits are just some of the seasonal delicacies on offer.
From just harvested peas and broad beans to the freshest
of fish brought up from the Devon coast each day, there is
something to tempt everyone! All desserts are homemade
daily from baked cheesecakes to chocolate delights. The
‘must try’ highlight of the pudding menu is an inspired
signature dish featuring a trio of Bramley apple desserts
and a modest selection of interesting British cheeses is also
available. The menu is perfectly complemented by a small
but carefully selected wine list featuring wines from around
the globe including some from our very own shores.
